Such information is sometimes referred to as web analytics and/or clickstream data. JDI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit any of our websites, landing pages, social media pages, and etc. Not just JDI, all hosting companies perform this standard procedure and it is a part of the hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on any of our websites, and gathering demographic information. This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information you provide in connection with any transactions unless governed by a third party. In the instances where a third party will be responsible for your transaction, the third parties will be clearly identified so you know which company is collecting your personal information. The JDI Service may also contain links and interactive features with various social media platforms (e.g., widgets). You should be aware that Personally Identifiable Information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in a publicly accessible blog, chat room, social media platform, or otherwise online, or that you share in an open forum may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions. We are unable to control such uses of your information when interacting with a social media platform, and by using such services you assume the risk that the Personally Identifiable Information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties for any number of purposes. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
